What is personal training?

                 As you explore my website, you will see the true benefits of personal training from a different perspective. Like many professions, there are good and bad in every field. Some doctors are brilliant, others, well, not so much. It goes for everything. Personal training is not only a tremendous service enabling people to engage upon physical activity to stay healthier and to add longevity to their lives, but it's also an education. If someone is fortunate enough to come across an educated, well balanced, experienced certified trainer, they will walk away with not only a cosmetic difference, but also a thorough knowledge base on the musculature of the human body. This is a major corner stone in really knowing your body, and gives you the ability to stimulate it with the proper exercise selection to maximize results to each specific region. I always tell my clients both old and new to treat every session as you would a college level class, I will be your professor, and you my pupil. I want every individual to walk away from each experience not only feeling pushed and worked, but smarter as well.

              People need to keep in mind that personal training is not a microwave remedy, meaning it takes time. That’s where my special D3 philosophy comes into play. Dedication, determination and drive are required in order for one to generate the best possible results. I will take you half way to meeting the fitness goals of your dreams, but it’s up to you to challenge yourself and take it to the next level.
